When do we use masseter botox?

Teeth grinding (Bruxism treatment), jaw clenching problems
Reducing jaw tension, pain and clenching
Relieving jaw, face, ear and headaches
Shaping a square jaw
Relieving temporomandibular joint problems

How is masseter botox applied?

First of all, your doctor listens to your complaints. By examining, he checks whether there is any growth (hypertrophy) in the masseter muscle due to constant contraction. If he deems it appropriate; It injects botox into your masseter muscles separately on the right and left.
The procedure takes approximately 15 minutes, after which you can continue your daily life.
Rubbing or massaging that area after the procedure will cause the applied botox to be displaced, so it would be appropriate to avoid such procedures.
